Terms of Service:
✦ You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase artwork or design assets from me.✦ Commissions are to be paid via PayPal Invoice, USD currency (or foreign currency conversion to USD).
✦ I do not accept Cryptocurrency, Gift-Art, or Exposure as payment.

Copyright and Usage:
✦ I reserve copyright to the artwork created and will use it in portfolio / promotional work unless otherwise requested.✦ If you do not want your commission posted online or used in a portfolio, please let me know ahead of time by checking the ‘private’ box when submitting the google form.
Commissioners reserve the right to:
| ✧ Redistribute and utilize the bought artwork as they please for non-profit personal use (unless otherwise discussed) while maintaining that said artwork is properly accredited. |
Commissioned works may not:
| ✧ Be claimed as the Commissioner (or another individual’s) artwork. | ✧ Be resold or utilized for profit (Instances where a character is being resold along with other artwork. factored in is fine, such as a Toyhou.se transfer. Using free line-art bases for adopts is also allowed.) |
| ✧ Be sold or resold as an NFT or equivalent Blockchain-based Token.. | ✧ Be used in machine learning algorithms or “AI” model training. |

Process and Payment:
✦ Payment will be done with an Invoice via PayPal, or via Ko-Fi if purchasing through the site.✦ Payment must be USD currency.
✦ Payment will be accepted up-front once the form is received and details are discussed.
✦ I will send WIPs (work-in-progress screenshots) as I go for approval, in the form of: (Sketch -> Line Art -> Color / Shading.)
Commission Cancellation:
✦ You may cancel your commission at any time. I can provide holding of the current progress of the commission for up to 3 months before it may become deleted or lost.✦ You may also request a refund with no questions asked, as long as your commission has not already passed the sketch stage.
✦ Exhibiting rude, discriminatory, or threatening behavior will be taken as an immediate forfeit of your commission. I reserve the right to decline commissions based on the subject matter or individual.
Final Notes:
✦ All final works are 300dpi , RGB color for best screen display. CMYK conversion for print is available if requested. (Note that Clip Studio Paint does not draw directly in CMYK, only RGB. Colors may differ slightly in printed product)✦ All artwork is only a digital good unless a print or physical item is requested on the Commission Form. Physical prints or items are subject to Shipping and Material fees (More info on the form itself).
✦ It may take between a few days up to 2 months to complete your commission, based on the complexity, commission type, or my current art workload (see my Trello for a list of current commissions I am working on). I strive to complete commission work ASAP and will communicate with you if you ever have any questions or concerns about your commission status.
✦ I will keep you up to date on the progress as I go. If you ever have any questions, concerns, or requests for tweaks, PLEASE let me know! I do not charge extra for small edits. Redlining is also perfectly welcome!
✦ If the commission needs to be repeatedly edited or tweaked, there may be a certain point where I will begin charging for edits. Please know ahead of time of what you’d like drawn, or be okay with artist’s choice if you choose artistic freedom.
